All custom printed items require 2-3 business days for production before shipping. Standard in-stock items are processed within 1 business day.
We offer several shipping options:
We currently only ship within Pakistan. For international inquiries, please contact us via WhatsApp.
You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships. You can track your package using our courier partner's website.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the issue and may ask you to return the item for inspection. Once approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping and send the correct item as soon as possible.
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
We guarantee our prints will remain vibrant and intact for at least 50 washes when cared for according to our instructions. If your print fails before this, contact us for a replacement or refund.
All our fabrics are pre-shrunk and tested for durability. If you experience excessive shrinkage, fading, or fabric defects, please contact us with details.
We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
We collect personal information such as name, address, email, and phone number solely for order processing and customer service purposes.
We implement security measures to protect your personal information. Payment details are processed securely through our payment partners and are not stored on our servers.
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers).

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information.
Cash on Delivery is available for most locations in Pakistan. A small COD fee may apply to some areas.
